Here is a video link of a talk I did about Dolby Atmos in Pro Tools. This explains some of the concepts behind it as well as some there are not quite known as well. Hope you find it useful. If you do, please share this with your friends.
Happy Mixing!!

Hi, I have a request for you. Putting it here since you dont need to respond to comments in YouTube channel. While your channel is my go to source for highest quality malayalam old movie songs, these files are still highly lossy, at a bitrate of maybe 160Kb/s max. Could you please also give us uncompressed audio ?
Actually no. The codecs in youtube while lossy are really good opus. Unless you do an AB comparison it’s not easy to make a difference in that. In fact you will get full frequency range all the way till 20k.
Wow that was quick. Never expected such a super fast response. I appreciate it! (Sorry for the duplicate comment, WP giving me hard time) So I just suppose I just need better audio gear. While at it, could you also share your though on having dual subwoofer (one for left & one for right like in the old days) vs single center channel sub ?
The answer to that lies on how your room is, to be honest. You may get away with room issues with a dual sub but if all you need is a single one then that is better. I haven’t been able to do any objective test on this to be honest.
Thank you very much for your responses! From my experience listening to a dual sub system about 15 years ago, and comparing it to x.1 channel (home audio) available today, I am highly disappointed at today’s equipment, which is the reason behind that inquiry.
I cannot thank you enough for the hard work on restoring old music! My final question: Is there a means to request restored songs? 😉 I’ll put a request in your latest video anyway!
